Offering many “Cajun” type dishes, the Titanic is a delightful brewery with a fun flair. On weekends, there is usually music starting at 10:00 P.M.
Located on US1 at the crossroads of Alameda Boulevard, this restaurant is close to the University of Miami and is a well-known establishment.
We had a party of six people and we were quickly seated. Two of my friends enjoyed the Shrimp Etoufee. Another friend had Shepard’s Pie and the Beef Stew and enjoyed that combo.
I had the Shrimp and Grits. Fresh and succulent shrimp were just perfectly cooked. There was a mixture of barbeque and Cajun sauce over the grits. It was good.
The service was excellent. Our FIU student server took our entire order without writing it down. We were impressed with her memory and accuracy.
This is our second visit to the Titanic and both times we have enjoyed the ambiance and good food. We plan on seeing the Titanic again in the near future.
