As I was sitting at my desk in the Dean’s Office, really not wanting to be there, I would dream of distant places. One of these places is Hawaii. My mom gave the dream to me long ago. She never made it.

I chose a “Retirement trip” others would only dream about. One hundred days exploring Arizona, Hawaii and Cabo San Lucas.

We would like to share our experiences with you as we keep exploring this wonderful world. We have separated our sojourn into Chapters and dates to keep track of our days. I will periodically blog short vignettes of our experiences.
