Located on the main street of Lauterbrunnen, this unpretentious place became our favorite eating place.

The food was excellent, friendly staff and priced reasonably. This is a well-run restaurant with the emphasis on quality.

Our first meal was with the traditional Fondue. It was served with potatoes and small cups of onion, garlic and chives. It was so good. With the surrounding mountains as your ambiance, we had to pinch ourselves to see if we were actually in Switzerland.

Our next visit we tried the Indian Chicken Curry. That, too, is excellent.

We also enjoyed the traditional Swiss Rosti dish.

We also enjoyed the soups and salads.

It was on our last visit we found out about their delicious pizzas. The four cheese pizza with Blue Cheese and Feta is superb. One of the best pizza’s we ever ate.

There is outside and inside eating. We noticed the tables outside get reserved. Highly recommend to reserve one for yourself as we found this restaurant to be one of the best in the valley.
