A much needed Chinese Restaurant was needed in the Jensen Beach area. Hot Wok surpasses my expectations. This restaurant is easy to find as it is in the Winn Dixie Plaza.

Originally from New Orleans via China, Tracy and her husband have remodeled the entire place making it a very pleasant eat-in experience.

My wife, not normally a Chinese eater, loves this food. She likes the Chicken Szechuan and the Wonton soup.

I like Hot Wok’s Chicken Kung Bo. There is a nice mixture of peanuts and vegetables. They will allow you to substitute vegetables. I like to leave off the “corn” and get more Bell peppers. The Egg Drop, too, is very good.

Their fried rice, though, is different. I like my fried rice with egg and Hot Wok leaves this ingredient out. I have found that every Chinese Restaurant has different dishes, some better than others.
I do highly recommend Hot Wok to anyone visiting the Jensen Beach area. It is a pleasant surprise to have a wonderful family move in the area.
