What a wonderful find. This place is located in the center of Abacoa along Main Street off of Donald Ross Road in Jupiter. There is plenty of seating inside and out. The service is friendly, the food very good and prices extremely reasonable.
Excellent Cuban bread is brought to the table. I like there bread as it is pressed.
We started out with a cup of Black Bean soup. Copacabana is known for this soup and it did not fail to impress.
The “Fajitas de Pollo” was excellent with seasoned chicken with onions and green and red peppers. You had the choice of two sides which included three types of rice, beans or even French fries. I enjoyed this meal very much.
My daughter started with an appetizer, Ceviche. She thought it was very good.
My wife and daughter had “Lechon Asado Cebolla.” The pulled pork they felt was extremely tender and flavorful.
We would not hesitate to eat at Copacabana again.
