Beach House Restaurant

“Awesome views, good eats”
The side entrance.
We were given a tip to come here and try the delicious food. A bit pricy, but good. We ate here several times during lunch. The view of the sea and bay are memorable. There are plenty of seats that face outward to a green lawn that turns into a wavy sea.
The view
The view was impeccable.
You may even see a Monk seal on the beach close by.

We loved the stir-fry dishes. My wife enjoyed her tofu stir-fry (you actually have to ask for the tofu dish), and I had the chicken stir-fry. I asked for the chicken to be “blackened.” It came out splendidly and tastefully.

Tofu
You have to ask them to make the tofu stir-fry.

It is interesting to note that the stir-fry came out differently the three times we had it. It really depended who was cooking. One day we were given this bountiful quantity, and another day less. I was also charged a $4 dollar fee for “blackening” the chicken. I question it and the charge was taken off the bill.

Cooked to perfection!
The “Blackened Chicken” stir-fry was excellent!

We also tried the Seafood Corn chowder. That, too, is delicious, rich and creamy.

The Seafood Chowder.
Plenty of taste in the Beach House Seafood Food Chowder.

The service was friendly and responsive to our needs.

The only con with the Beach House is that we arrived for a Friday lunch on our first visit and they were closed for a “private function.” Lunch does start at 11:00 and ends at 3:00.
