There are a number of good specials at Carrabba’s Happy Hour like the sautéed Scampi Shrimp and Tomato Caprese salad for less than five dollars.
We order the bread points on the scampi grilled as it brings out a tasty flavor. Carrabba’s will go out of their way to even grill the shrimp if you prefer. For less than five dollars, this is a great deal.
My wife enjoys the Tomato Caprese salad with Bennett mozzarella. The Cherry tomatoes are sliced in half or even smaller. The plate is drizzled with balsamic glaze.
The bar is inviting and lends itself to be personable with fellow patrons close by. The service is excellent. We like “Brian’s” unique bartending personality and interesting wittiness. He goes out of his way for his loyal patrons.
Carrabba’s of Stuart has been remolded into an inviting atmosphere. It is more open to say the least.
There are specials for everyday of the week. On Wednesday there is two dollars off Carrabba’s wood stove cooked pizzas. For $9.99 you can have three toppings. We always order ours “well done.” There are always slices that come home with us.
There is a menu for “small plate” dishes which is quite reasonable. There is something for everyone.
This Carrabba’s of Stuart is well managed by a long time General Manager, Brian. There are Carrabba’s, and there is this special one in Stuart.
