Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque – Hotel & Spa

A Few Tips about this Embassy5 of 5 stars
E 3
An inviting Embassy Suites, but you will need a car.

Located not far from the airport and along I-25, you will still need a car to travel around. Old Town is over two miles away and the Balloon Fiesta is about 10 miles away.

Rather large Embassy Suites.

A Conference Center, a small indoor pool, a fitness Center, restaurant and a water-fall this Embassy is quite large and impressive.

At the desk we met Saki, who is quite personable.

We were given a room on the lower levels, but there are upper balcony rooms that could view the balloon fiesta.

There are balcony’s, but the rooms cost extra.

Like all Embassy Suites we have visited, the breakfast is exceptional here. All four days me “eggs over easy” were cooked to perfection. I liked Maria’s extrovert personality as we went through the line.

In the late afternoon there was “cocktail” time which we took advantage of. There was quite a good selection to choose from.

This is always well attended.

Our four days was pleasant, the bed comfortable and having the small living room with the refrigerator is convenient. The only downside is the hefty price, but we did visit during the Balloon Fiesta when all the hotels are inflated.

I like the over-hang, just in case of weather.
