Don’t confuse this hotel with the other Holiday Inn on State Road 535. It would be easy to confuse them, and both are different from each other.
A popular hotel along Hotel Plaza Driver there is sometimes good deals on the web. It is in easy walking distance to Disney Springs. There is a lot to like about this property.
The front staff is friendly and informative. I noticed a valet person greeting someone by name who had just arrived.
If you can, get the breakfast package. The hotel restaurant does a good job for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is actually a dedicated cook making omelets and eggs to order. Once again, the entire staff was friendly.
Our room was large, comfortable and clean.
The bathroom, though, was small but doable.
There was a small refrigerator and microwave making these rooms ideal. The elevators were ok to a little slow.
As a suggestion, I would specify that you want a room with a view. We did not and were given a roof view facing east.
The pool is quite large and there were a number of families and children enjoying the experience. Even at night, people were using this pool. There is no waterfall which I do miss.
Overall, this is one of the better hotels along Hotel Plaza close to Disney Springs.
